Analýza financování reálné investice podniku

Abstract

The goal of my Bachelor´s work is to characterize all the available forms of long-term investment financing into the real assets and summarize some accessible methods of how to observe the efficiency of these ways of financing.

The Bachelor task is tackled on the value analysis principle and the criterion for considering the efficiency of financing forms is fair value growth. Furthermore I analysed the extent of nominal expenses from the point of view of liquidity impact.

In practical part of work I compared two different forms of financing. The bank credit and the financial leasing for financing the real investment and for recommendation of the most suitable form including its positive and negative aspects.
