Abstract
The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the Employment Policy in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with unemployment, disadvantaged groups of people in the labor market, and generally with the employment policy. The practical part deals with the employment policy of the Czech Republic, followed by employment policy in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The last part of the thesis contains suggestions and recommendations.
