Pripravenosť ČR a SR na mimoriadne udalosti z pohľadu štátneho rozpočtu

Abstract

This bachelor thesis analyses the system of Czech and Slovak republic, according to which the state proceeds when allocating resources and finances in the state budget to the area of state preparedness for emergencies. The resources allocated for managing emergency and crisis are mainly targeted. Important role of analysis is politics and financial resources allocate not only for recovery after extraordinary events but also for prevention or initial response. In the first part, it describes the functioning of Czech Republic and Slovak Republic´s state budget, their similarities, and differences in the current wording, specifically the year 2023. In the next part, it targets the financial aspects of crisis management, and the last part is dedicated to effectiveness of used action and comparison of the funds allocated to deal with crisis.
