Motivace obtížně zaměstnatelné skupiny obyvatel ke zvýšení kvalifikace – možnosti zaměstnání těchto obyvatel v oblasti těžby nerostných surovin

Abstract

The thesis is focused on the treatment of the causes and reasons of unemployment in the Most-Litvínov region. At the same time analyze the concomitant unemployment, including those negative concomitant. The main goal of this study is to assess the current situation and proposals to eliminate the negative effects of unemployment combined with a focus on creating new jobs as a result of opening new areas for mining brown coal in the Litvínovská uhelná company. The other part of the thesis focuses on the context in the works for the impaired social structure, foisted life in this region, including the emergence of socially excluded localities, and on how to extend incentive programs, along with an active policy of employment skills upgrading for podobne similarly affected region in Czech Republic. Thesis are used in references to current events and changes in legislation.
