Finanční porovnání dvou různých variant řešení svislého obvodového pláště

Abstract

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the financial assessment of two different variants for solving the external wall of a new-built residental building. The first solution for the external wall is to build the wall using the POROTHERM blocks, the second uses the POROTHERM blocks applied with the external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) made out of expanded polystyrene. The thesis itself serves as a decision for the investor about cheaper variant for solving the external wall. The thesis also contains the project documentation of the new-built residential building without using the thermal insulation.
