Abstract

This bachelor thesis addresses the topic of wage issues from a general point of view and from a point of view of a selected company. The goal was to approximate the wage from a legal, accounting and tax point of view and to analyze the wage in the selected company. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the wage was approximated on the basis of current rates and applicable laws. In the practical part, the wage was approximated in terms of compliance with these current rates and laws by the selected company. Subsequently, an analysis was made of how the wage in the company developed and under what conditions is paid to employees. It was found that the company operates in accordance with the law and approaches the topic of wages and remuneration of employees responsibly. In the area of the employee remuneration was identified a small shortcoming and a proposal for its solution was made.
