Abstract

The topic of this thesis is to develop the possibility of infiltration and the use of rainwater for building language school Riding on the street in Ostrava. Based on the documentation and evaluation of the current state of the area and the building design was created by draining rainwater from the roof surface and the adjacent parking lot with hard surfaces. Another objective was to develop an economic evaluation of the proposal. Infiltration of rainwater is solved by means of infiltration device (system infiltration wells and system storage boxes Wavin Q - Bic combined with infiltration scored strewn with gravel).
