Abstract
An interactive handbook become a modern and perspective form of teaching. It tries to show to the students the most realistic enviroment by using mutimedial interactive objects. Students are not only kind of audience, they are effectively taken to the education. By listening, watching and practising they can reach the most effective learning process. The bachelor theses solves an interactive teaching material focused on ultrasonogprahy and handling the Mindray M7 ultrasound system. The purpose is to proceed a complex book for medical and technical branches. Practical part of bachelor theses is separated into 5 elements. The firts element tries to solve a psychical stuff of ultrasound. In the second it deals with using an ultrasound in medical. The third element uses technique and test of ultrasound devices. The ultrasound Mindray M7 dedicates to the part fourth and last part the fifth one contains laborator assesments to the ultrasonography device mentioned.
