Abstract

The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of a family house with a studio in Slezská Ostrava. The documentation is developed in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. on building documentation and follows an architectural design prepared in a previous stage of study.

The proposed building is based on the concept of a detached family house complemented by a studio function. The project includes layout, structural, and material design of the building.

The thesis consists of a text part containing the accompanying and summary technical report, and a drawing part corresponding to the scope of documentation for construction execution.
