Nízkoenergetický bytový dům - stavebně technologický projekt.

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je projekční návrh nízkoenergetického bytového domu pro stavební řízení. Součástí projektu je zpracování technické zprávy ke stavební části, technologického postupu pro realizaci základů, harmonogramu postupu prací pro technologickou etapu základy, položkového rozpočtu pro technologickou etapu základy, tepelně technického posouzení konstrukcí a výkresové dokumentace. Bytový dům je projektován jako čtyřpodlažní, částečně podsklepený objekt s plochou střechou, devíti byty a komerčními prostory v suterénu.

The aim of the thesis is a project of the low-energy residential building for the Building Permission Procedure. The elements of the project are as following: the technical report for the building part, the technological process of foundations of the building and the schedule of work for the technological stage of foundations. The project also includes the budget for the technological stage of foundations, the thermal-technical examination of constructions and the drawing documentation. The residential building is designed as a four-storey building with a partial basement and a flat roof. The building consists of nine flats and commercial premises located in the basement.
