Abstract
This thesis deals with the issue of employee turnover in a model company. The aim of the work was to find out the causes of the increasing fluctuation and to gather possible solutions. It consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part contains literary researches of the issue, which were subsequently used in the creation of the practical part. In the practical part, a model company was created, based on the knowledge gained during the study and questionnaire surveys to support the information obtained through literature research. On the basis of the obtained information, the analyzes and calculations necessary to determine the turnover of employees in the company were processed. The problem of increasing turnover was proven and appropriate solutions were proposed based on the information found.
