Analýza trhu bankovních úvěrů pro studenty

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce byla Analýza bankovních úvěrů pro studenty. Toto téma jsem si vybrala proto, že dnešní doba je pro studium finančně náročná a snahou bylo zjistit nakolik studenti využívají studentské úvěry a za jakým účelem nejčastěji. Nejprve jsou popsány základní pojmy související s pojmem banka a bankovní úvěry. Poté jsou charakterizovány základní údaje o vybraných bankách a jejich službách. V analytické části je provedeno srovnání bankovních úvěrů dle vybraných parametrů a poté proveden výzkum, jehož cílem bylo zpracovat ucelený přehled o portfoliu produktů a služeb pro studentské klienty a zjistit, nakolik bankovní instituce komunikují se studenty. Banky dnes nabízejí studentům úvěry s řadou výhod. Podmínky získání jsou zpravidla stejné, liší se hlavně cenou úvěru. Proto výběr banky není jednoduchou záležitostí a nejenom studenti by měli pečlivě zvážit, co od své banky očekávají a důsledně se informovat o jednotlivých nabídkách úvěrů. Stálým problémem je nedostatečná komunikace bank s jejich klienty. Banky mají rezervy v klientsky orientovaném přístupu. Personál banky by měl fungovat jako osobní poradce a měl by být nápomocný při výběru úvěrového produktu či jejich kombinaci.

The theme of this thesis was to analyze bank loans for students. The topic I chose, because today is the time to study costly and finding out how students use student loans and for what purpose the most. First, are described basic notions inherent in the concept Bank and bank loans. Following are characterized by basic information about the selected banks and their services. The analytical part is a comparison of bank loans according to selected parameters, and then carried out research whose aim was to prepare a comprehensive overview of the portfolio of products and services for student customers and to determine the extent to which banking institutions communicate with students. The banks now offer loans to students with many advantages. Terms of the acquisition are generally the same, they differ mainly the price of credit. Therefore, the selection of banks is not a simple matter and not only students should carefully consider what they expect of their banks and thoroughly informed about the various loan offers. Permanent problem is the lack of communication with their banks' clients. Banks have reserves in a client-oriented approach. Bank staff should work as a personal adviser and should be helpful in selecting a loan product or a combination thereof.
