Využití surových a rozložených materiálů k výrobě biocharu pro zlepšení procesu anaerobní digesce

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis explores the utilization of raw and digested organic materials for the production of biochar, with the aim of enhancing the anaerobic digestion (AD) process. Anaerobic digestion is a sustainable and environmentally friendly technology used for the conversion of organic waste into biogas and valuable organic residues. However, the efficiency of the anaerobic digestion can be influenced by several factors, including feedstock characteristics, nutrient availability, and reactor stability. In recent years, the application of biochar as an additive to the anaerobic digestion process has gained significant attention due to its potential to improve process stability, enhance biogas production, and mitigate greenhouse gas emissions.
