Zrychlená suchá anaerobní fermentace v rotačním bioreaktoru

Abstract

The theme of the bachelor thesis is to research discontinuous dry anaerobic fermentation in pilot plant conditions of rotary bioreactor. The theoretical part of the thesis is in the first place focused on mechanisms of anaerobic digestion and factors which affect anaerobic degradation. In the next part, the thesis is dedicated to description of technological biogas plant, use of appropriate reactors for proceses of AD including types of input materials to biogas plant. The conclusion of the theroretical part is then devoted to the characteristics and structure of biogas, digestate and legislation of this issue. The practical part is composed of four models in each period. Only in the fourth experiment the rotation is applied, due to technical problems with the rotary bushing during all three experiments.
