Abstract
The subject of the bachelor thesis "Establishment of a fictitious limited liability company and its business plan" is the establishment of a limited liability company and the elaboration of a business plan. The theoretical part focuses on the conditions of entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic, basic concepts in the field of entrepreneurship, the characteristics of different legal forms of entrepreneurship and the subsequent description of the business plan. The practical part includes the actual establishment and formation of a limited liability company and the subsequent development of a business plan for the establishment of a beauty salon.
