Plán využitia ložiska v k.ú. Predmier

Abstract

Úlohou predloženej diplomovej práce je spracovanie Plánu využitia ložiska s prílohami v takej podobe akú určuje príslušná vyhláška tak, aby mohol byť podkladom pre vybavovanie povolení a pre banské konanie. V spojení s tým bolo tiež nutné vyhotoviť geometrický plánu na rozdelenie pozemkov v katastrálnom území Predmier. Jeho vyhotovenie v takej podobe v akej sa odovzdáva na Okresný úrad Bytča - Katastrálny odbor. Spolu so záznamom podrobného merania zmien. Práca poukazuje na dôvody za akých bol tento geometrický plán vyhotovovaný a rieši teoretickú i praktickú časť danej problematiky, postup vybavovania povolení spojených s ťažbou nerastu štrkopiesku. Teoretická a praktická časť nie je v práci exaktne oddelená. Teoretické poznatky sú doplnené o praktické poznatky spojené s meraním a spracovávaním predmetného geometrického plánu. Spojenie teoretických a praktických poznatkov si našlo svoje uplatnenie aj pri najrozsiahlejšej kapitole, ktorá poskytuje akúsi komentovanú verziu Plánu využívania ložiska. Čiže samotná textová časť Plánu využívania ložiska je použitá aj v diplomovej práci doplnená po poznatky z praxe alebo podložená faktami zo zákonov a vyhlášok k danej problematike.

The task of the submitted diploma thesis is the elaboration of the Plan for the use of the deposit with annexes in the form specified by the relevant decree so that it can be the basis for processing permits and for mining proceedings. In connection with this, it was also necessary to draw up a geometric plan for the distribution of land in the cadastral area of Predmier. Its copy in the form in which it is handed over to the Bytča District Office - Cadastral Department. Includeing of record of detailed measurement of changes. The work points out the reasons for which this geometric plan was prepared and solve the theoretical and practical part of the issue, the process of processing permits associated with the extraction of gravel. The theoretical and practical part is not exactly separate in the work. Theoretical knowledge is supplemented by practical knowledge associated with the measurement and processing of the geometric plan. The combination of theoretical and practical knowledge has found its application even in the most extensive chapter, which provides a kind of annotated version of the Deposit Utilization Plan. So the text part of the Plan for the use of the deposit is also used in the diploma thesis, supplemented by knowledge from practice or based on facts from laws and decrees on the issue.
