Abstract

In general, the topic of my bachelor's thesis is a partial part of the project documentation for building permits prepared in accordance with Decree No. 405/2017 Coll. It is a four-storey non-basement apartment building with a regular floor plan, which is covered with a flat single-skin roof. There are 9 residential units in the apartment building. On the first floor there are also common areas, such as a bike shed, carriage house, utility room and cellar boxes for each apartment unit. The main topic of my bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of the construction technological procedure of the ceiling structure from the YTONG system, and a time schedule and item budget is also a part of it. The aim of my bachelor's thesis is the overall design of a load-bearing, thermally and acoustically compliant ceiling structure, which consists of a YTONG ceiling structure and reinforced concrete.
