Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the system of training of employees in terms of the Municipal Office of Frýdlant nad Ostravicí. The aim of the thesis is the evaluation of educational strategy of the Municipal Office. The theoretical part deals with the general knowledge of the public administration and training of employees by the appropriate laws. The practical part is focused on selected municipal office, specifically on the evaluation of the system of the education and the financing for the education.
