Abstract

SHRNUTÍ

V dnešních neustále se měnících konkurenčních podmínkách se každý podnik snaží zvolit vhodnou strategii, aby obstál na trhu. Cílem většiny firem je průběžné zvyšování kvality služeb a výrobků a snižování nákladů. V diplomové práci jsem se zaměřila na oblast logistiky, konkrétně na analýzu skladování a expedice v podniku Geis CZ s.r.o. Po studiu odborné literatury a seznámení se s aktuálním stavem v tomto podniku, jsem v první kapitole rozebrala cíl své práce, druhou kapitolu jsem věnovala teoretickým východiskům z oblasti logistiky a skladování. Ve třetí kapitole charakterizuji současný stav podniku v oblasti skladování a expedice a následně ve čtvrté kapitole provádím analýzu za účelem efektivního umístění centrálního skladu. V této kapitole navrhuji dvě možná řešení, která by vedla ke zrychlení přepravy zboží k zákazníkům, zároveň by se snížily náklady na dopravu, mzdové náklady a náklady spojené s administrativou a pronájmem skladu.

In the present constantly changing competitive conditions, each company tries to choose the right strategy to succeed in the market. The ambition most of the companies is making the best qualities of service and products as well as reduce cost. In my diploma paper I focused on the logistics, concretely for analysis of storing and expedition in the company Geis CZ s.r.o. After studying literature and familiarity with the current situation in the business, I dismantled in the first chapter the goal of my dissertation, the second chapter focuses on the theoretical aspect from area logistics and warehousing. In the thirt chapter I describe the current state of the firm`s storage and expedition and then I propose two possible solutions that would accelerate the transport of goods to customers, while reducing the cost of transportation, labor costs and costs associated with the administration and the rental store.
