Abstract

This thesis deals with the technical - economic evaluation of investment project "Streamlining of traffic management on track Louny (outside) - Louny předměstí - Březnu u Postoloprt (inclusive). The work has demonstrated the project will be taxable investment justified, and whether you can streamline the management of traffic on that section line to effectively implement. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter introduces the thesis, the second chapter describes the current state of operations management, technology, operational work, communication and safety equipment from the investment project. The third chapter describes the status of the proposed project. The fourth part of the economic value of the rationalization of management. The last part includes the implementation of the project.
