Abstract

The thesis deals with the model case of re-isolation in selected transmission lines related to leakage losses value. In the introduction of thesis there is analysis of the transmission line in the Czech Republic. Methodology for the leakage loss calculation is stated according to literature [1]. Thesis further describes used procedure for calculation of shape factor and specific surface conductivity of the pollution layer. Further there is leakage loss calculation for model case of re-isolation the longest line of the transmission system in Czech Republic. In the model has been exchanged rod porcelain insulators for glass saucer insulators. Methodology for leakage calculation used in thesis is compared with the methodology of EGÚ and with software method in terms of accuracy of results. For calculations are applied actual measured data from the control dispatching ČEPS and EGÚ studies. In the end there is evaluation of the achieved results and conclusions for energetics practice.
