Posouzení efektivnosti konkrétní investice

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je nazvána „Posouzení efektivnosti konkrétní investice“. Jedná se o formátovací pilu, kterou vybralo vedení společnosti Nábytek NOEL, s. r. o. Cílem práce je zhodnotit ekonomickou efektivnost vybrané investice. V teoretické části je obecně charakterizována investiční činnost a také ekonomické metody hodnocení efektivnosti investice. V praktické části je popsán podnik a pořizovaná investice. Dále jsou vypočítány odpisy, peněžní toky z investice a náklady kapitálu. V další kapitole jsou vyčísleny varianty financování. Podle způsobu financování, který vybralo vedení podniku, je vyčíslena čistá současná hodnota, vnitřní výnosové procento, index ziskovosti, diskontovaná doba úhrady, rentabilita investovaného kapitálu a prostá doba úhrady.

The name of the bachelor's thesis is “Efficiency assessment of a specific investment”. It is a format saw, which was chosen by the management of the company Nábytek NOEL, s. r. o. The aim of the work is evaluating efficiency of the real investment. In the theoretical part, there is the investment activity and also the economic methods for evaluating the effectiveness of investments described. In the practical part, there is the company and the acquired investment described. In the next part, there are quantified amortization, cash flows from investments and capital cost. Following chapter contains quantification of alternatives of financing. The management chose the way of financing and depending on that the net present value, internal rate of return, profitability index, discounted payback period, return on capital employed and payback period were calculated.
