Abstract
Goal of this work is to process theoretical knowledge of job analysis and evaluation of the practical application of human resource management with emphasis on related documentation.
In the introductory part the bachelor thesis deals with the status of job analysis in human resource management. Following chapter describes job analysis methods and also the documentation needed to analyse a job. The last chapter proposes specific forms for individual job positions.
