Využití statistických metod při vyhodnocování reklamací

Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on using of statistical methods in the evaluation of the claims of company OSRAM Česká republika s.r.o. The thesis is divided into five main parts. The first part is concerned with the brief characteristic of the company. The second part is concerned with theoretical bases of resolving claims. The third part analyzes the actual status of resolving claims in company. The fourth part is a practical part, which describes the use of statistical methods, and the last part, fifth part, which describes the results and their evaluation. The results are based on graphical and numerical processing, which is situated in the technical report. The last part suggests proposals for improvement of the today’s methodology.
