Abstract

The thesis titled „Proposal of Enterprise Strategy Development in Competitive Environment“ deals with theoretical and practical findings in the field of enterprise strategic management. Theoretical part describes general characteristics of strategic analysis and approaches to the formulation and development of a strategy. These theoretical findings are applied in the practical part. The analyzed company is first introduced and subsequently, the analysis of its external and internal environment is done. On the basis of this activity the SWOT analysis is also carried out. All the results from this study are finály summarized into proposals and re-commendations concerning strategic management of the analyzed company.
