Motivace zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Following work is orientated on motivation of employees in selected firm and there are suggested some potential improvements for reaching of the maximalization of the motivation and satisfaction of the employees. In the beginning there are explained not just basic terms in the area of motivation and needs of people but also the terms as demotivation, stimulation and motivation to work. The examined company is defined next and its current motivation program is described. In the next part the current rate of employees’ satisfaction with motivational elements in company is investigated with the question-form examination. These findings are evaluated and the areas for improvement are localised. In final part there are consequently lined up the precautions leading to correction of realized deficiencies.
