| dc.description.abstract | The wedge-splitting test is widely used in the testing of fracture mechanical parameters of concrete or concrete-like materials. This test provides a stable crack propagation, which was analysed on a cube specimen. Another interesting application for measuring fracture mechanical properties combines wedge-splitting test with a three-point bending test.
