Abstract

Purpose of this work is construction and programming of testing LED station, which can do multi-channel measurement of voltages, currents and temperatures. The measuring station contains personal computer, power supply Delta, digital multimeter Keithley and switching card with multicomplexors. This card is controlled by digital I/O PCI card from company National Instruments and can choose one of four possible power signals. Output of measurement is a text file of measured data for following assessment. The whole program for controlling the device and data acquisition was created in programming environment LabVIEW. This work describes technical device of testing station, source code and controlling of visualization part of created application.
