Abstract
This bachelor work deals with analysis of the current state of processes of contruction and operation of access networks based on FTTx technologies of Telefónica O2 Czech Republic. There is processed analysis of ten selected investment projects from thein conception to entry into service. There is also described problems, which arise during the implementation of each step. The result is proposals and recommendations to optimize and improve the coordination between internal components.
