Abstract
The aim of this thesis is Proposal of Employee Appraisal System in the ARMATURY Group a.s. Company. This thesis is divided on theoretical bases, introducing of company, practical application of assessment, synthesis and recommendations. In the first part is theoretically described the process of satisfaction of employees and related terms. In the next part of this thesis is introduced ARMATURY Group a.s. Company. The results of the questionaire-based research are analysed and evaluated. Subsequently, recommendations for the proposal of this system are outlined.
