Návrh na změnu parametrů clonových odstřelů včetně seismických účinků a využití nových roznětných systémů v lomu Butkov - Ladce

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá návrhom na zmenu parametrov clonových odstrelov vrátane seizmických účinkov a využitia nových roznetných systémov v lome Butkov – dobývací priestor Ladce II. V prvej a druhej časti práce popisujeme charakteristiku ložiska lomu Butkov, súčasný stav parametrov a účinkov prevádzaných odstrelov a taktiež popisujeme roznetné systémy najčastejšie používané pri dobývacích prácach. Tretia časť navrhuje zmeny parametrov v súvislosti so súčasnými seizmickými účinkami .V štvrtej kapitole je návrh nových roznetných systémov k eliminácii seizmických účinkov a možností zvýšenia náloží a celkovej nálože. V poslednej kapitole sme zhodnotili technicko-ekonomické a ekologické vyhodnotenie navrhovaných riešení.

The thesis deals with a proposal to change the parameters of bench blasting including the seismic effects and the use of new systems of initiating in the Butkov quarry – a mining area Ladce II. In the first and second part I describe the characteristics of the bearings of the Butkov quarry, the current state of parameters and effects of transferred blasting effects and increase explosive charges and the total explosive charge. In the last chapter I have assessed the technical-economic and environmental evaluation of the proposed solutions.as well as the most commonly used firing systems in mining work. The third part proposes the changes of the parameters in connection with the current seismic effects.
