Abstract
The secret of success in business is recruitment and maintaining quality employees because with them companies can achieve their goals. To have efficient staff it is necessary to precisely define requirements and job description for particular work positions and to motivate employees and permanently provide such working conditions which will encourage high performance work practices. This diploma thesis focuses on human resources- particularly on division of working positions in the company UNIPETROL DOPRAVA, Ltd. It analyses working positions and job descriptions from the point of view of organizational classification, divided into management, administrative and operating railway professions. It surveys motivation methods, stabilization and selection of employees and includes suggestion for reinforcement of key working positions.
