Abstract
The thesis analyzes the current price calculation methodology in the company STERCH‑INTERNATIONAL s.r.o. It suggests measures for improvement of the price calculation methodology, and demonstrates the changes on a particular product. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The first part gives a description the company, and offers theoretic description of managing the costs and the price calculations. The second part analyzes the current price calculation solution in the company, including the suggestion for the methodology improvement, and results evaluation.
