Abstract

Hlavním cílem je komplexní zhodnocení současné situace firmy, jejího finančního zdraví a navržení vhodných variant, které by nynější stav, pokud by bylo potřeba, ještě zlepšily. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do několika kapitol. První část se zabývá teoretickými přístupy k měření výkonnosti získané během studia a podpořené literárními zdroji, které vysvětlují podstatu celého tématu. V další části je popsána charakteristika analyzované společnosti. Hlavní myšlenky jsou pak detailně zpracovány v praktické části Aplikace vybraných metod hodnocení výkonnosti společnosti. Potřebné údaje byly zjištěny pomocí zpracovaných metod, analýz, výpočtů a konzultací s vedoucí účetního oddělení. Poslední část je zaměřena na vyhodnocení analýz a formulace doporučení, které by byly aplikovatelné ke zlepšení celkové současné situace nejen finančního zdraví firmy. Získané a vyhodnocené informace budou pro vedení společnosti a pro firmu samotnou užitečnou pomůckou pro orientaci v rozhodovacích procesech a pro zvýšení hodnoty podniku, čímž se dostane na přední příčky jak na tuzemských, tak na světových trzích. Celkově finanční situaci analyzované společnosti lze považovat za dobrou. Firma se totiž i přes současnou situaci, která není nikterak příznivá pro rozkvět firem, drží na trhu, a to nejen tuzemském, ale také zahraničním. Neustále se snaží hledat nové nápady a tím se posouvat ke stále lepším výsledkům. Z tohoto pak vychází stále rostoucí kladný hospodářský výsledek. Je schopna splácet své závazky a přesto investovat do stále nových a nových věcí. Zjištěním těchto skutečností, firma žádné zásadní změny dělat nemusí. Pouze se doporučuje zaměřit se na negativně působící rentabilitu tržeb, budoucí vývoj zadluženosti a složení rentability vlastního kapitálu. Prostřednictvím modelu EFQM Modelu Excelence a analýzou 7S by se podnik měl blíže zaměřit na své zákazníky a zaměstnance. SWOT analýzou bylo zjištěno, že by měl podnik posílit svou reklamní činnost, zejména internetovými stránkami.

The aim of this master´s thesis is a comprehensive assessment of the current situation of the company and its financial health and, if necessary, to propose suitable alternatives that would improve the present situation. The thesis is divided into several main chapters. The first one deals with theoretical approaches to performance measurement obtained during the study and supported by literary sources that explain the nature of the topic. The next section describes the characteristics of the company analyzed. The main ideas are treated in detail in the Practical Application of Selected Methods for Evaluating the Performance of the Company. Necessary data have been processed using established methods, analyzes, calculations and consultations with the head of the accounting department. The last part focuses on the evaluation of the analysis and formulation of recommendations that would be applicable to improving the overall current situation, not only the financial health of companies. Data collected and analysed from this thesis are supposed to be useful help for company leaders and a useful tool for the company to guide decision-making processes and to increase business value, thus reaching the top positions in both domestic and world markets. Overall, the financial situation of the companies analyzed could be considered good. The company is still on both domestic and foreign markets, despite the fact that the current situation is not that favorable for growing companies. Overall, the financial situation of the analyzed companies could be considered good. It is constantly trying to find new ideas and move toward increasingly better results. This then leads to an increasingly positive economic result. It is able to repay its obligations and yet still invest in new things. Because of this fact there are no changes in the company necessary. It is only recommended to focus on the adverse effect of the profitability of sales, future development and composition of the debt and return on equity. Through the model EFQM Excellence Model and analysis of 7S, the company should focus more closely on its customers and employees. A SWOT analysis found that the firm should strengthen their advertising activities, mainly on the Internet.
