Zhodnocení genderové politiky města

Abstract

The thesis deal with problematic of gender balance in the conditions of councils and employees of Municipal office of Zubří compared with 19 selected municipalities from Zlínský region in 2018. The theoretical part is focused on explaining issue of gender equality and representation women in public administration at all levels. In addition, the tolls used in gender-balances management include the Global Gender Gap Index or competition „Úřad Půl na půl“. Part of thesis in an evaluation of the assumptions and results of the gender-balanced approaches of Zubří in the area of political and employment sphere and in comparation with selected municipalities. The employees from Municipal office of Zubří were subjected to a questionnaire survey focused on gender promlematic and his functioning at Municipal office of Zubří. The conclusion of the thesis is to evaluate the hypotheses set out in the introduction.
