Riadenie neštandardných havarijných stavov

Abstract

This Master´s thesis addresses the management of non-standard emergency situations and proposes a three-phase cycle of preparation, response, experiential learning. The primary objective is to analyze current management practices for non-standard emergencies and to design a dynamic model in which each experience directly informs the methods and content of future preparation. The first phase focuses on interactive training modules, such as OTS and VR, alongside the development of ICS. The second phase delineates the operational benefits resulting from the implementation of an event. The final phase completes the cycle by transferring insights back into the preparatory stage through AAR and the updating of simulation scenarios. The integration of these phases minimizes human factor failure while ensuring business continuity.
