Příprava a aplikace biočipů v bezpečnostní praxi

Abstract

This work deals with a biological technical substrate situated on the surface of an optical glass prism (so-called biochip), which will then be implemented in a method called surface plasmon resonance (SPR). The main area of research will be to build that biosensor and verify his functionality. For this purpose was used a spotting device of company Horiba, which took care of applying biological substances to the surface of the biochip, the process was controlled by software. In order for the biological material to immobilized on the thin gold layer of the sensor by covalent bond, it was necessary to treat this layer with surface chemistry.
