Abstract

Thesis deals with the security of some university buildings in Ostrava Poruba. Describes the relevant normative documents and characterizes the current trends in the area of technical protection of objects. Further evaluate the level of existing measures and their effectiveness in relation to frequent occuring security incidents. Based on an evaluation of the potential risks of the present work are suggested ways to minimize them. Submitted proposals for action here in terms of signaling and monitoring systems, mechanical barriers, routine measures and surveillance.
