Abstract
Thesis focuses on analyzing the differences in the perception of well-being among Generations X, Y, and Z. Well-being is conceptualized as a complex set of factors influencing subjective quality of life. The research was conducted through a questionnaire survey among 253 respondents, and data were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results indicate statistically significant differences between the generations, particularly in terms of psychological well-being and perceived life meaningfulness. The findings highlight the need to adapt organizational well-being strategies to the specific characteristics of each age group.
