Abstract

This thesis focuses on risk assessment during the maintenance of bulk material storage facilities and the creation of a safety regulation for their operation. The theoretical part addresses legislative and technical requirements for working in storage tanks and the principles of bulk material storage. The practical part analyzes risks associated with cleaning storage tanks and proposes safety measures. The main output is an operational safety regulation, which serves for employee training and includes safety check forms. Based on identified deficiencies, measures are proposed to reduce risks and improve workplace safety.
