Abstract

The theme of this thesis is the design of a residential building in the passive standard of masonry construction technologies with a total of four floors. The building is in the passive standard building with low heating demand. By this I will propose building heating system. For buildings in the passive standard is necessary to take into account the location of the object with respect to the cardinal for ensuring passive solar gains in winter and draft shield for the summer season. Construction and technical design of the building must ensure that the requirements for passive buildings.

For the design of the heating system of the building is necessary assessments of each proposed structure, thermal losses of the building, determining the demand for heating, the assessment of selected details and the overall energy performance of the building.
