Abstract
Thesis explain the system of health, specifically psychiatric care in the Czech republic. It deals with the theoretical and clasification of psychiatric hospitals in the health care system. The thesis analyzes financing management of Psychiatric hospital in Opava in terms revenues, costs and economic profit. On the basic obtained results are recommended proposal to improve.
