Použití nízkoteplotního plazmatu při recyklaci vybraných druhů elektroodpadu

Abstract

This work deals with recycling methods and electric waste disposal using low-temperature plasma with the possibility of gaining secondary raw materials. In the first part of the dissertation there are elaborated questions referring to scrapped electric equipments and/or electric waste, including valid legislation for handling with this type of waste. In the next part of the dissertation there are general information about plasma and recapitulation of the possibilities of its use for waste disposal and recycling. Information is sentenced from specialized publications and articles from research and development in this area. Further the work contains own experimental use of low-temperature plasma for recycling used chip cards. Practical part includes basic descriptions of credit cards and/or chip cards and their material composition. It is followed by the description of plasma workplace and own measurement results with conclusions and evaluation of usability and effectiveness of low-temperature plasma use for chip cards recycling.
