Dopad populačného vývoja na dôchodkový systém Pobaltských krajín

Abstract

The main goal of the thesis named, „Effect of population development on pension system in Baltic Countries“ is the analysis based on population development and evaluation of its impact on retirement pension system. The thesis should help to answer the question whether it is possible to sustain the current pension system during changing composition of the population in the future. There are calculated indices examining the aging population in the thesis. In addition, the part of the work is devoted to the analysis of the expected revenue to the social security system and the calculated expenditures are based on the average income and outcome for the years 2005-2011, with the average population´s age 20-64 and over 65.
