Havárie geotechnických staveb a jejich příčiny

Abstract

Geotechnical structures are most of all types of buildings vulnerable to natural processes, whether natural or a combination of human activity. These are mainly unexpected geological conditions, geological anomalies. Preparedness for them is a major cause of loss or damage geotechnical structures. Accidents have their reasons, which is necessary to eliminate hazards to know. These accidents can be divided for a better insight into five groups. The collapse of geotechnical structures occurs under unfavorable circumstances and unfortunate mistake. For many of these accidents can find the main or sole cause of the accident, it is appropriate to classify also cause. For demonstration was chosen several types of accidents in the Czech Republic and abroad. On these specific examples, calculations were performed especially critical height of overburden for some degree of stability.
