Abstract

The bachelor thesis is devoted to marketing research of employee satisfaciton from one selected company. The thesis consist of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part includes a theory of marketing research and a basic characteristic of the company. The practical part comprises at analysis and evaluation of employee satisfaction. The research was based on questionnaire. The conclusion contains recommendations and potencial possibilities for to increase satisfaction of employee.
