Abstract
This thesis deals with the study of adsorption isotherms of adsorption of Cr (VI) from aqueous solutions using waste pits from peaches (Prunnus Persica). In the theoretical section describes the biosorption process, the factors, mechanisms and biosorbents. Described in detail isotherm distribution. Furthermore, the properties of hexavalent chromium and its methods of removal from aqueous solutions. In the experimental part is evaluated adsorption kinetics, determination of appropriate values of pH, temperature and weighed hexavalent chromium. The samples were chemically activated with hydrochloric acid of 1 mol / l for 60 minutes.
