Využívání odpadů v procesu pyrolýzy

Abstract

This work deals with pyrolises of wasting treatment. In the first part I deal with the description of the pyrolisis technology. Pyrolisis is a thermal decomposition of the material which is protected from oxidationing medias. Pyrolising of waste materials we create an exothermic process, which occurs by heating the material above the limit of thermal stability of organic compounds. Also describe the types of waste, suitable for pyrolisis into account the resulting products and their further use. Described are the waste biomass, sludge and municipial waste divided by species composition and potencial future use. In the second part is described by company Arrow Line Inc., wich in 2001 began to address developments in the field of thermal waste disposal sorted. The consequence was founded Envicrack cluster which includes the VSB-Technical University of Ostrava. Arrow line developer a pyrolisis unit Pyromatic. The last part of this technological description of the pyrolisis unit is including the advantages and disadvantages.
