Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with an analysis of the employees᾿ remuneration in the banking company UniCredit Bank. Based on obtained information, the aim of the thesis is to analyse the reward system of employees in UniCredit Bank. The analysis was made using the questionnaire survey. Based on an evaluation of the received responses, the changes that would lead to improve the employees᾿ system of remuneration in the company and to increase their job satisfaction were recommended. To increase employees’ satisfaction it was recommended to extend the programme of employeees’ benefits, to increase the variable component of wages or to improve the employees’ motivation by managers.
