Detekce QRS komplexu s využitím oktantů

Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to create an algorithm for QRS complex detection in Matlab software. It describes the sensing options of electrocardiographic and vectorcardiographic leads and different approaches to QRS detection. The main part of the work describes a design of an algorithm for filtration and transformation of ECG data, detection of octant numbers, QRS complex, and T wave. The introduced algorithm was tested on the standard CSE database. The performance of the algorithm was evaluated; it reached 99.08 % sensitivity, and 99.86 % positive predictivity.
